I went in this morning for a beard trim. I showed the lady five different pictures of what my beard should look like after the trim. She said she was really good with beard trims. I should have known when she picked up the clippers to start, that she had no idea what she was doing. I knew the sides were extremely short, but i did not realize the damage until I got home. My beard line is messed up in two different places, and the rest of the beard is different lengths in several areas. I tipped the lady, but if I'd known the true extent of the damage I never would have, and would have asked to speak to a manager at that point.

Kelly was very friendly and gave me the best haircut ive ever had! #1 stylist ever! Thank you :)
